OUR SERVICES

IMAGING & ULTRASOUND

Medical imaging helps Toukley Veterinary Clinic look at what’s going on inside your pet without the need for invasive procedures. Using advanced imaging techniques such as X-rays (radiographs), ultrasound and dental imaging, our veterinary team can examine bones, soft tissues, internal organs and teeth to help diagnose a range of conditions, from fractures and bone disease to dental disease and internal health concerns. These imaging tools provide valuable information to assist with accurate diagnosis and guide the most appropriate treatment for your pet.

DIGITAL X-RAYS

Toukley Veterinary Clinic’s state of the art digital x-ray machine allows us to process and examine x-ray images of your pet quickly, aiding in diagnosis and treatment of many conditions, including in some dental examinations. Depending on what area needs to be x-rayed, your pet may require sedation at our Central Coast vet surgery.

DENTAL X-RAYS

Our advanced dental X-ray technology allows us to capture detailed images of your pet’s teeth and surrounding structures, helping our veterinary team identify dental disease, damaged teeth, tooth root problems and other conditions that may not be visible during a routine examination. Dental X-rays are often performed alongside a dental procedure while your pet is under anaesthesia.

ULTRASOUND

Our veterinary ultrasound technology allows us to obtain detailed images of your pet’s internal organs and soft tissues without the need for invasive procedures. Ultrasound can assist our veterinary team in investigating a range of conditions, including abdominal, gastrointestinal, urinary and reproductive concerns, and can provide valuable information to help guide diagnosis and treatment.
